Located on the Prairie Creek Campus, this 32 unit assisted Living facility is located adjacent to the Senior Housing Lodge and Twin Homes and planned to provide additional services to the current residences of Prairie Creek. The structure was designed to blend into the surrounding twin homes. It consist two neighborhood with a central shared commons. Prairie Creek Assisted Living will include four levels of care and nurse call for residents. Each neighborhood includes private resident entries, (12) single bedroom units, (4) two bedroom units, Living Room with fire place, Lounge, Spa & Laundry. The shared commons includes an open Dining Area with skylights, Private Dining/Activity rooms, Chapel, General Store, Salon, Front Porch, & Wellness Area. Each Neighborhood also includes an exterior courtyard with Pergolas, raise garden beds and walking paths with access to the surrounding campus paths & features.
