New Residence Hall Breaks Ground

Koch Hazard Architects works with USF on campus beautification.

Koch Hazard Architects began working with the University of Sioux Falls back in 2012 on a student housing study. The study highlighted the need to renovate older residence halls and also outlined the need for additional beds to accommodate increasing enrollment. On October 7, 2016, USF broke ground on its New Residence Hall, the first phase outlined in the study.

Anticipated to be complete for Fall 2017, the New Residence Hall will provide amenities and space to build a meaningful living and learning community. For more information on the new residence hall, CLICK HERE.
