Design Summary
This five-story, six level office building is located on River Drive between 9th and 10th Streets in downtown Sioux Falls. South and west facades face the Downtown Historic District and are designed to reflect that context while the River Drive façade opens to face the river greenway.
Koch Hazard Architects provided complete architectural, interior design and construction administrative services for this new construction project.
