Koch Hazard Architects was nominated with 105 other individuals, groups and businesses for the Helpline Center’s Spirit of Volunteerism Awards. The firm was nominated by EmBe in the Corporate Humanitarian (Under 100 Employees) Category. “Koch Hazard Architects volunteers their time and talent to our organization through many of our programs,” said Laurie Knutson, CEO. “In addition to EmBe program participation, Koch Hazard Architects has been volunteering their time to lead the building of our playgrounds at both locations (EmBe Avera Downtown and EmBe Avera South). They are impacting the lives of 600 children in our childcare and preschool. By providing this service, Koch Hazard helps to ensure we keep our childcare affordable for many families in our community.”
