Design Summary
The City Center Apartments are located on a site between 3rd and 4th Streets on Main Avenue. The affordable senior housing consists of 44 residential units ((32) one-bedroom units and (12) two-bedroom units), a community room, outdoor patio, salon, multiple resident lounges, and underground parking, along with store front retail space on Maine Avenue. The 44-unit Market Senior Housing Addition has been designed to allow the community to flawlessly grow as space is needed.
Koch Hazard Architects provided complete architectural, interior design and construction administrative services for this new construction project.
