Design Summary
The addition to the Terrence M. Sullivan Health Science Center adds classroom, laboratory and office space for both STI and USDSU. Taking advantage of the building’s location along Interstate 29, the skylights are internally illuminated to act as beacons, presenting STI and USDSU to the community and region.
Koch Hazard Architects provided complete architectural, interior design and construction administration services for this addition and renovation.
Project Highlight
This project is a 2005 AIA South Dakota Design Merit Award winner and a 2008 Learning by Design Award recipient.
