Trevor VanConant, CSI, CCS, CCCA, CDT, recently became the only person in the state of South Dakota to receive his Certified Construction Specifier certification from CSI. His commitment to certification allows Trevor to be a great liaison between the design team and contractor, while advocating for the client.
Trevor has been with Koch Hazard Architects since 2013 and several of his most recent projects have included: Venture Elementary School, North Hall, City Center, Augustana University Housing Master Plan Update, Zuercher Technologies and the Stockwell Offices (Sioux Falls and Yankton).
Certification CSI is the construction community’s authority on communication and construction documentation. Certification through this program strengthens a project manager in the following areas: construction document development and administration, specification writing and enforcement, product research and sourcing, and communication with team members.
