Sioux Steel Development and Canopy Hotel (Sioux Falls, South Dakota)

Construction began on The Steel District on August 18, 2021 in downtown Sioux Falls. Koch Hazard Architects is working on the office building, hotel and convention center (with ESG Architects), and parking ramp (with Walker Consultants).
