The Steel District Wins 2024 PCI Design Award

The Steel District has received the Harry H. Edwards Industry Advancement Special Award by Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute.

With the use of UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete), this project showcases fresh, uninhibited concepts that hold the potential to move the industry to the next generation of precast technology.

Alongside Koch Hazard Architects, project partners included Lloyd Companies, Gage Brothers and Gil Haugan Construction.
