Design Summary
Koch Hazard Architects has been collaborating with LifeScape, Lloyd Companies and the South Dakota Housing Development Authority to build residential duplexes (Continuum, Linden, Magnolia and Kennedy) throughout Sioux Falls to serve young adults navigating from institutional care to home and community-based services. Each unit has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and communal living spaces including a kitchen, living room, community room, dining room and laundry.
Koch Hazard Architects provided complete architectural, interior design and construction administration services for this building.
