Design Summary
After completing the main downtown location over 10 years ago, Koch Hazard was tasked with designing the nonprofit’s first satellite location. The west side location replaces a temporary facility and includes a secure lobby, seating for 200, and a full commercial kitchen. The playful exterior makes a statement with simple, off-the-shelf materials intended to combat any stigma associated with patronizing the facility.
Koch Hazard Architects provided complete architectural, interior design and construction administration services for this building.
