Environmental Education Center

Client: City of Sioux Falls | Location: Sioux Falls

Date of Completion: 2012 | Area: Area: 3,080 SF

The new facility provides office space and additional paint and electronics storage and is the first LEED Certified city-owned building. The facility takes advantage of a simple efficient floor plan and features interesting ways to use inexpensive, common, and reused/recycled materials including tires, OSB panels, wheat board panels, and corrugated metal. This project is a 2013 AIA South Dakota Design Merit Award winner.
