Design Summary
Raven Industries Corporate Headquarters is a full renovation of the 150,000 square-foot, five-floor Manchester Biscuit Company building in the heart of historic downtown Sioux Falls. Scattered throughout the building are many areas created for collaboration and workgrouping, which consists of creative, flexible and information seating arrangements with technology integration. The project was accomplished while Raven occupied the building. Phases were combined for a quicker completion date.
Koch Hazard Architects provided complete architectural, interior design and construction administration services for this addition and renovation.
