Design Summary
This four-story mixed use project represents a key step in the redevelopment of the Pettigrew Heights Neighborhood near downtown Sioux Falls. Comprising three floors of one and two bedroom affordable apartments (57 units) for seniors above 15,000 square feet of office and retail space, the project replaces a half block of condemned buildings. Located between the dense development of downtown and a single family neighborhood, its design is inspired by townhouse developments in city neighborhoods.
Koch Hazard Architects provided complete architectural, interior design and construction administration services for this new construction project.
