Design Summary
Koch Hazard Architects is working with Lloyd Companies on a 270,000-s.f., mixed-use building with two levels of parking (225 spaces) in downtown Sioux Falls. The project includes more than 170 apartment units ranging from studio to three-Bedroom. The project is unique, focusing on smaller units with significant community space and tenant amenities. There will be one-to-three commercial tenants just one block off the Phillips Avenue retail corridor. The project is supported by the City of Sioux Falls as a project, “that best met the goals of the 2025 Downtown Plan to increase density, connectivity and walkability.”
Koch Hazard Architects provided complete architectural and interior design services for this building. The project is currently under construction.
