Design Summary
The Wedge on Western is a retail center at 69th Street and Western Avenue in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The 17,000 s.f. Wedge provides space for 3-5 tenants, depending on their space requirement. This site is uniquely shaped by a natural gas line and electrical service easement. The wedge-shaped building maximizes the building’s size within the site. The sawtooth profile and plan offers a unique alternative to the ubiquitous strip mall experience.
Koch Hazard Architects provided complete architectural, interior design and construction administration services for this building.
