Design Summary
Koch Hazard Architects is working with Green Acre Development & Lloyd Companies on a mixed-use building at the corner of 13th and Mulberry streets in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. The two-phased project includes the renovation of the adjacent Iowa Ford Tractor building. The new, five-story building will have underground parking and will house commercial space and residential amenities on the ground floor. The 83 residential units located on second through fourth floors range in studio units to two-bedroom units.
Koch Hazard Architects provided architectural services and worked with Schemmer (Des Moines office) for this building.
