Design Summary
The Frank Transfer & Storage Building sat vacant and deteriorating for many years prior to this extensive rehabilitation. Care was taken throughout to preserve the original character of the building while updating all building systems and creating 41,058 square feet of new commercial space and 18 residential units.
Koch Hazard Architects provided complete architectural, interior design and construction administration services for this renovation project.
