Koch Hazard Architects is working with Green Acre Development and Lloyd Companies on a 270,000-s.f., mixed-use building with two levels of parking (225 spaces) in downtown Sioux Falls. The project includes more than 170 apartment units ranging from studio to three-Bedroom. The project is unique, focusing on smaller units with significant community space and tenant amenities. There will be one-to-three commercial tenants just one block off the Phillips Avenue retail corridor. The project is supported by the City of Sioux Falls as a project, “that best met the goals of the 2025 Downtown Plan to increase density, connectivity and walkability.”
